Restoring a purchase
On a new phone, or after reinstalling, open the Pro screen and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.
Refunds
Refunds go through the store you bought from: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google through Google Play.
