Rod and line setups

Save your rods and lines once, and every new cast records what it was cast with.

Adding a setup

1. Go to You › Rod and line, or tap the rod and line pill on the record screen.
2. Tap Add a rod and line.
3. Give it a Nickname, such as River 5 weight.
4. Under Rod, pick the Length, Weight and Action, and type the Make and model if you like.
5. Under Line, pick the Weight on the box, and add the Grain weight, Taper, Density and Leader if you know them.

The setup in use

The setup marked In use is saved with every new cast. To switch, open another setup and tap Use for new casts.

Changing one cast

Open the cast, tap More › Conditions, and choose the setup under Rod and line for this cast. With a rod length set, the Distance tab shows real tip speed.
